Methodology

All active poker players, including relevant celebrities, were ranked based on four factors: total number of followers on social media (Instagram, X, and TikTok), estimated earnings per social media post, total career earnings, and positive sentiment.

Earnings per post were calculated based on the influencer tiers reported by https://influencermarketinghub.com/

Secondary data ranks the states based on the number of professional poker players who reside in each state. The top 4000 poker players, as reported by https://www.thehendonmob.com/, were considered.

Once the data for the factors was collected, the factors were normalized to provide each factor with a score between 0 and 1. If data was not available, a score of 0 was given.

The normalized values were then summed and multiplied to give each player a total score of 100. Based on their total scores, the players were ranked from highest to lowest.

The ranking data shown is a compilation of multiple data sources and may not represent real life.
