Earn Rewards Through Play – Play with Sweeps Coins (SC) and Game Coins (GC) to receive step-up bonuses and higher daily rewards as you progress.
Tier-Based Progression – The system tracks your activity over time, rewarding active players with increasing benefits.
Personalized Daily Bonuses – Bigger rewards (Daily Bonuses & Harvests) based on your loyalty tier.

Recency Matters – The more you play, the more you will unlock.
Where Can I Check My Status?
You can view your progress bar in the “My Hub” section of the app. The loyalty program is divided into six levels with sub-tiers. Rewards are currently given at full-tier advancements, with sub-tier rewards expected soon.
How Will I Know When I Advance?
You’ll receive an in-app message and a pop-up notification when you move up a tier. Your progress bar in “My Hub” also updates automatically.
How Do Daily Bonuses Work?
Your Daily Bonus and Harvest updates are based on your current tier.
What Rewards Can I Earn?
Tiers 2 & 3 – Unlock free spins.
Tiers 4 – 6 – Receive free Sweeps Coins (SC).
Daily & Harvest Bonuses – Increase as you move up in tiers.
How Is Tier Placement Determined?
Tier status is based on your activity over the past 30-45 days.
What Happens When I Decrease In Tiers?
If you level down, you will lose access to the rewards and perks of your previous tier.
